I left school and home at 16. I flew to the top of the world (NWT) and began to raise myself.
I have spent most of my life doing hard things anyway — not because I was fearless, but because stopping wasn't really an option.
I turned 60 this year. And instead of winding down, I'm building — retirement income, on my terms, with a business backend that runs without me babysitting it.
This is for all the women I have met over the years who are brilliant at what they do but drowning in tech, have no office systems, or just lack the time to set it up.
I want other women to focus on their greatness without the tech chaos pulling them under.

I had a business/personal growth coaching business that I liked, but did not love.
Organization never came natural to me but seeing the holes in business systems did.
I had to learn the tech and the processes but I found it, and still do, endlessly fascinating!
Then my original online mentor started a software company and needed a bit of help selling their chat software system.
I jumped in, dove deep into sales and found I had a unique and passive approach to it.
I also learned, women do not do business or sell like men and that is a good thing!
This award is a result of selling for that company with the highest close rate in the company.
